      Refund & Return Policy

      1. Returns Eligibility

      We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.

      2. Refund Processing

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

      3. Order Cancellation

      You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. If you initiate cancellation before your order has been shipped and within the 24-hour window, your cancellation will be processed, and a full refund will be issued.

       

      Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our regular return process upon delivery.

      Please include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation with your return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

      5. International Returns

      For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes associated with returning items. These charges are non-refundable.

      6. Damaged or Defective Items

      If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery at support@ApparelAccs.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

      If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
      If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

      7. Final Sale Items

      Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective.
